All website sales transactions are subject to confirmation by our web sales team.
Because of the wide selection of products and the range of models and various configurations available in professional audio and lighting products, as well as the rapid rate at which some products are replaced and/or discontinued, there may product availability issues that are beyond our control.
Your order will be reviewed and confirmed by our web sales team during our business hours (10am-6pm EDT Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm Saturdays). At this time we will notify you if there are any problems with your purchase such as a manufacturer's indefinite back order or discontinuation of a product line. At this time we will also alert you to any potential problems regarding shipping and delivery, such as additional costs due to remote address or incorrect address information. Also, if necessary,we will notify you of any adjustments (plus or minus) to your shipping charges. (See the shipping section below for more details).

If you decline, we promise to respect your wishes. If you change your mind at any time you can simply log in to change your personal settings.
Shipping
Shipping Address:
If you entered a shipping address in addition to your billing address, the shipping address will require verification.
To avoid delays, contact your credit card's customer service department (the phone number will be on the back of your card) to add the shipping address details to your account for fast and easy verification.
We will not ship orders to addresses other than the billing address unless the shipping address is verified by your credit card company.

Regular Shipping
We proudly ship using Fedex Ground for all of our orders across North America. If you prefer shipping by another means or have special needs, please contact us.
Shipping Adjustments
When you order is confirmed by our web sales team, we will notify you of any adjustments (plus or minus) to your shipping charges. This can happen if there were errors entering the delivery address for the transaction, or if you order involves multiple items being shipped together, or if your order contains some items that qualify for free shipping and some that don't.
We will always strive to get you all of our customers the lowest shipping rates possible, and notify you at confirmation time.
Warranty
All products purchased at PAShop.com are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. On all products it is at least 1 year parts and labour (some items include a longer warranty as specified). During the warranty period, the manufacturer will cover parts, labour and return shipping for all problems covered by their warranty. The problems covered typically include manufacturer's defects and problems that arise during normal use. Products that are abused or damaged through abnormal use or accident are not covered by warranty.
In all warranty cases the customer can deal directly with the manufacturer. The PA Shop and PAShop.com are not responsible for the fulfillment of the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns
If you would like to return your purchase contact us for a return authorization number. IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Products purchased at PAShop.com can be returned within 10 business days as long as they are returned with all of the original packaging and accessories in the manner they were delivered.
We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged or are missing any of the components or accessories originally delivered. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to returned items that appear opened, used or blemished.
There are no returns on software or software and hardware bundles that have been opened.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the original delivery charges on all returns.
All returns are subject to authorization, and will be credited back to the card used for payment. It can take up to 7 business days to process the return.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order by logging in to the account you created at purchase time and selecting cancel as long as your order has not been shipped. You can also e-mail us call us at (519) 659-5030 ext. 234
Taxes
Canadian residents outside Ontario are responsible for remitting any applicable taxes on their purchase other than GST to the appropriate agency.
Non Canadian residents are responsible for remitting any applicable taxes on their purchase to the appropriate agency.
